Frequently Asked Questions

  • Remy (the shop mom) makes all the tiny food and some of the up-cycled vintage clothes. But our shop is filled with all sorts of goodies from all sorts of artists around New Orleans. Check out our "about our artists" page to see and learn more about our artists.

  • We do not accept returns and we do not give refunds! Our items are made to order specially for you so make sure you are buying the right thing at check out! On a case-by-case basis, if you come into the shop in person, we may be able to offer you an exchange.

  • If you tell me RIGHT after you order it, maybe. Our tiny food is made to order so if I have already started working on it, I can't change it. If it's not tiny food and you want to change your order for something else, just let me know before it ships and I will see if the change is possible.

  • Your orders will ship within one week of ordering (usually much faster).

  • Contact us! Send us an email at shop@cmerenola.com or send us a message through our contact page on this site and we can send you tracking info.

  • I don't include price slips when I ship things. If you want to send me a note, I may be able to write a lil gift card for you!

  • Yes! We love custom orders. Send me a message and let's see what we can make happen.

  • We try our best to keep our website up to date but we have lots of new stuff coming into the shop every day. For the most up to date inventory, you just gotta c'mere and see for yourself :-).
